Letting Service

  • One of our experienced negotiators will visit your property to give you a free rental valuation.
  • Advertise your property through our website and our daily listing.
  • Arrange and attend all viewings with prospective tenants and we will quickly come back to you with feedback.
  • Secure written references from each tenant (Previous Landlord, Employers stating current position, Bank Letter , Copy of Id, and PPS Number).
  • Collect deposit and first month’s rent prior to signing the lease agreement.
  • We will take meter readings for the GAS and ESB and transfer into new tenants names.
  • Arrange a standing order for monthly rental from tenants account directly to Landlords account.
  • We can prepare a list of contents should the landlord request. There is a supplementary charge for this service.
  • Prepare Lease Agreement through landlords solicitor or on own company’s solicitor.
  • Arrange Registration with Private Residential Tenancies Board (PRTB).
  • Post all documents to client.

Letting & Management Service

  • Our Property managers will deal with the tenants at all times during the tenancy.
  • We will act as point of contact to the tenants during the tenancy  24 hours service.
  • We will arrange professional cleaning service prior to a new tenancy commencing, if required by landlord (Cost of service for landlords account).
  • Provide a network of tradesmen to cover all aspect of home maintenance. Copies of all invoices are provided. Landlord approval prior to work carried out.
  • Every 4 months we will carry out an inspection on the property and a written report will be sent to the landlord.
  • We will check inventory at the commencement and the end of the tenancy. Report sent to landlord.
