Our Property managers will deal with the tenants at all times during the tenancy.
- We will act as point of contact to the tenants during the tenancy 24 hours service.
- We will arrange professional cleaning service prior to a new tenancy commencing, if required by landlord (Cost of service for landlords account).
- Provide a network of tradesmen to cover all aspect of home maintenance. Copies of all invoices are provided. Landlord approval prior to work carried out.
- Every 4 months we will carry out an inspection on the property and a written report will be sent to the landlord.
- We will check inventory at the commencement and the end of the tenancy. Report sent to landlord.
